We want you to be completely satisfied with Cameo. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Email us at support@macroblink.io
  2. Include your order number or the email used for purchase
  3. Let us know you'd like a refund

We typically process refund requests within 1-2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Refunds

For subscription plans (Monthly or Yearly):

  • First payment: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Renewal payments: Full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

Lifetime License Refunds

Lifetime licenses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable as they provide permanent access to the software.

After Your Refund

Once your refund is processed, your license will be deactivated. You will no longer have access to premium features. Any machines activated with your license will be automatically deactivated.

Exceptions

While we strive to honor all refund requests, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
  • Fraud or unauthorized purchases
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the refund transaction and you may see "Paddle" on your bank statement for both the original charge and the refund.
